📋 What to Expect Before Your Service

At Redeemed Refresh, we keep things simple and hassle-free, so you don’t have to think about it.

Once you’re scheduled, your home will be added to one of our local service routes. We group homes by area to provide efficient, consistent service. You’ll receive a message shortly after scheduling with your assigned service day and an estimated arrival window.

🗓 Before We Arrive:

  • Please leave your trash cans curbside or in an accessible location

  • Make sure they are empty (after trash pickup day is best)

  • No need to be home—we’ll take care of everything

🚿 During Service:

  • We clean, sanitize, and deodorize your cans on-site

  • The process typically takes just a few minutes per home

✨ After Service:

  • Your cans will be left clean, fresh, and ready to use

  • You’ll be on a consistent schedule moving forward (for recurring plans)
